You answer a few guided questions about the person you support, and the system builds a professional, CQC-ready plan that you can print or upload straight into your care system.
  2. Is it suitable for my type of care service? Yes — absolutely. Whether you run a home care business, provide live-in care, manage supported living, or work as an independent assessor, CarePlanPro adapts to how you work. It’s built around the real-world language and layout that care professionals use every day.
  3. How long does it take to build a care plan? Most users tell us they complete a full, person-centred plan in around 10 minutes. That’s everything — outcomes, risks, routines, and preferences — done and ready to share. What used to take a full afternoon now takes a tea break.
  4. Can I still make it personal to each customer? You can add personal touches, hobbies, routines, or family notes — anything that makes it truly about the individual.
  5. How secure is the information? Very secure. No data is stored on our servers.
  6. Can it work with PASS or EveryLIFE? Yes — integration is in development now. Until then, you can download your finished plan as a PDF or copy it directly into your existing system with just a few clicks.
  7. What if I get stuck? You won’t be left hanging. We offer personal support by email, phone, or even a short screen-share session if you want me to walk you through your first plan.
  8. Will this help with CQC inspections? Yes — and that’s one of the main reasons we built it.
